Optimal traction for machines with rubber tracks
The ELASTO Grip - Large is the practical traction solution for compact crawler excavators with (usually) 450mm wide rubber tracks. (7 to 10 ton class)
One pair is designed for a compact crawler excavator. (Appropriate track length and number of traction arms)
It provides grip on slippery or difficult surfaces without requiring extensive modifications to the machine.
The specially designed traction hooks engage directly in the tread grooves of the rubber track and are secured via a robust connecting chain. Thirteen traction hooks are mounted on each side of the rubber track,
inside and out (26 per track side), and connected to the appropriately sized traction chain.
The result: more traction, more safety and better control when working off-road.
