DURALINE® Clip-On Pad
Ground protection for tracked vehicles on sensitive surfacesThe DuraLine® Clip-On Pads were specially developed to quickly and safely equip tracked machines for use on sensitive surfaces such as asphalt, concrete or paved areas.Thanks to the ingenious clip-on system, the pads can be mounted quickly and easily without any complicated modifications to the machine. An integrated clamp on one side and a robust screw fastening on the other ensure a secure and stable connection to the base plate.The revised DuraLine rubber compound increases resistance to chipping and wear. This results in a significantly longer service life for the pads , even under intensive use on hard surfaces.
DURALINE® Bolt-On Pad
Reliable surface protection with directly screwed-on rubber pads.DuraLine® Bolt-On Pads are the robust solution for temporarily equipping steel tracked machines for use on sensitive surfaces . They enable the safe operation of tracked machines on asphalt, concrete, paving stones, or other finished surfaces without causing damage.The pads are attached directly to the steel base plates with four high-strength bolts , creating a particularly stable connection. Combined with the precise profile adjustment, this reliably prevents the pads from slipping.The wear-resistant and break-resistant rubber compound ensures a long service life and even wear , even under intensive use on hard surfaces.
ELASTO® Grip
Optimal traction for machines with rubber tracksThe ELASTO Grip -Small is the practical traction solution for compact machines with rubber tracks up to 320mm wide.It ensures grip on slippery or difficult surfaces without requiring complex modifications to the machine.The specially designed traction hooks engage directly in the tread grooves of the rubber track and are secured via a robust connecting chain. The appropriate hooks are selecteddepending on the track thickness, width, and machine , allowing the system to adapt flexibly to different rubber tracks.The result: increased traction, greater safety, and improved control when working off-road.Generally suitable for mini excavators up to 3 tons operating weight.Please check the thickness of the groove in the rubber track. The maximum thickness is 30 mm.
ELASTO® Grip - Verbindungselement
Secure connection for the ELASTO GRIP chain systemThe HETTEC® ELASTO GRIP connecting element serves to securely connect the beginning and end pieces of the ELASTO GRIP chain system . It ensures a stable and reliable fixation of the chain and guarantees safe operation even under demanding operating conditions.The compact design allows for quick and easy assembly , while the high-strength construction offers maximum stability even under high loads.Made from high-strength steel and supplied with two high-strength socket head cap screws , the connecting element is designed for professional continuous use in the field.The connecting element is suitable for all ELASTO GRIP sizes S, M and L.

The high-strength construction ensures maximum load-bearing capacity and a long service life.Thanks to the special hardening process and the integrated serrations on the flange, the screw offers excellent locking properties against loosening and also impresses with its high wear resistance .With regular use on hard or abrasive surfaces, the system screw is subject to normal wear and tear. To ensure the system's full operational reliability , it should be checked regularly and replaced promptly if necessary .Made from high-quality, high-strength steel , the GEKKO® system screw is specially designed for professional continuous use .
